At Positive Intelligence our programs use the Mayer Salovey and Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT). MSCEIT
is a proven evidence based ability measure of Emotional Intelligence
(EI), as defined by the founders of EI Dr Jack Mayer and Dr Peter
Salovey. We also use the The Birkman Method Motivational Instrument with 60 years of research, it leaves all other personality assessment behind in its wake!
